Fear is the thief of dreams.”― Brian Krans
We are born with TWO fears:
- Fear of falling
- Fear of loud noises
As we grow up, we learn other fears from our parents, teachers, friends and families.
The majority of our society lives on fear, most of those fears are only perceived.
When you face your fears, understand fear for what it is, you can use that knowledge to take control of your life.
Embrace Your Fear
You’ve probably heard of Michael Jordan‘s story of getting cut from his high school basketball team. He wasn’t good enough to hold a roster spot with the varsity team.

RETIREMENT IS OFTEN DIFFERENT FROM PERSON TO PERSON. THE IDEAL RETIRED LIFE IS THE ABILITY TO CHOOSE OUR RETIREMENT LIFESTYLE
I believe retirement is when a person switches their primary focus from actively earning a living to self-realisation.
In other words, when someone chooses one’s personal goals and aspirations.
For many people, retirement means balancing their new lifestyle with enjoyable activities and doing something they truly love.
Lifestyle income ideas are the dynamic process of preparing ourselves for the change of economic circumstances, personal needs and for enjoying the opportunities of financial freedom.
To meet different objectives, the first step is to get better at money management.
Day to day expenses, travel, training for new a new career, or beginning a new business venture require a basic good management system.
I am on a journey on sharing with others the benefits of getting the necessary skills for practical and useful ideas to increase their cash flow through Lifestyle Income Ideas.

Can you answer these three simple questions:
- Are you having a good day?
- If you are having a good day; Why are you having a good day?
- Tomorrow, would you rather have a good day, or would you rather have a bad day?
Gen Kelsang Nyema asked these easy questions in her TEDxGreenville 2014 Conference. Gen is an American Buddhist nun who believes the gift of happiness truly lies within our own hearts and minds.
She is a resident teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition, Gen Nyema aims to help seekers develop inner peace by offering meditation classes and practical Buddhist advice suitable for busy modern life.
Out of the three questions, Gen, said that the easiest one to answer, is the last because it is for sure that we all want to have a good day every day of our lives.
When we are happy, we have a good day, and this is the kind of happiness we wish for in our inner self.
Gen’s teacher, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, says: “Much of the time our mind is like a balloon in the wind, blown here and there by external circumstances.” Do you know that feeling?

When my husband and I got married, I knew we would be living over 8,000 miles away from my family, back in the 1980s keeping in touch was not easy.
The person I missed most was my mom. I managed, however, to keep our relationship close and lines of communication open, but since I lived 25 hours away from her, and, at the time, with a small family, and no funds to visit regularly, I missed a lot of special moment with her.
I am originally from Mexico, John from England, but when we got married, John was working in Australia so we started our married life and family in Melbourne, leaving our families far behind.

Thoughts are mental energy; they’re the currency that you have to attract what you desire. Learn to stop spending that currency on thoughts you don’t want. – Dr Wayne Dyer
We have been living carrying limiting beliefs which have more of a negative impact on your life than any other factor.
These beliefs started from our childhood, the culture we grew up in, social environment, and from our own interpretation of the world around us.
When we have beliefs that are limiting, they are detrimental to the big dreams we have for our business and in all areas of our lives.
Sadly, the results of the negative beliefs we hold around money, affect our relation to it, our ability to generate it, and our worthiness to receive it.
To conquer them, we need to be aware of them. It takes consistent focusing on improving our money beliefs to a successful mindset, but it will open up the possibility of more money and better ways of relating to wealth.
At first, instead of recognising them, we tend to blame the circumstances that are around us, but it is our responsibility to take charge.
Our Money Beliefs And How It Affects Our Money Matters
