The body is very smart, it cannot tell the difference between a factual situation or an imagined thought.

Thoughts that activate emotional responses in the body may appear so quick that before the mind has had time to articulate them, the body has already delivered them with an emotion, and that emotion has turned into a reaction.

Have you ever had fearful or worrisome thoughts? Most of us have experienced them at some point. When we feel we are in ‘danger’, our heart beats fast, muscles contract, breathing becomes rapid. But the danger might be only mental fiction; we may be lying in a warm and comfortable bed at night.

To take total control of our mind, we need to recondition our body to a new mindset. We need to create a training routine for our brain so that body and mind work together.

In my previous post, Can You Use Your Mind to Create Your Reality? I shared how our brain is in regular communication with our body. The mind is continuously monitoring the way the body is feeling.

Therefore, if we focus on negative thinking, we create our unhappiness, but unhappiness is never the situation, it is only the way we think about it.

What do books offer to you most? I find the books a source of inspiration, imagination, adventure, knowledge and more. If you are like me, reading has become part of your daily routine. 

But with all life’s distractions, it can be challenging to find the time to read. Here are some tips that have been helping me to find the time and continue acquiring knowledge.

1. Wherever You Go Carry a Book with You

It is not necessary to carry around a hardcover book with you. Thanks to technology, we can download a book on our smartphone or reading device. Selecting a book of your choice can be much more rewarding than checking your social media newsfeed.

Can You Use Your Mind to Create Your Reality?

I have been spending years reading personal development books, attending workshops and webinars, they all have been of great value, inspirational and I learned different techniques. To some extent, over the year, I have been applying some of those methods.

However, when I started my online education and committed to making a radical change in the quality of my life, I thought that after reading so many books I had overcome my limitations.

The reality was that after a short time of starting my online business, I began making many excuses why I couldn’t do what I said I would do. I had this strong desire to succeed, but on the other hand, I kept sabotaging my efforts.

How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One – Book Review

Are you looking for a sure method to move you toward what you intuitively know is imaginable possible? Have you been looking for ways to manifest everything you desire with clear instructions?

For years I have been reading many personal development books. Thanks to those books I have learned great positive-thinking techniques. However, my past efforts to make any lasting change in my life – physical, emotional and spiritual – have fallen short of the ideal of myself that I imagined.

I found Dr. Joe Dispenza, author of Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself – How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One, on YouTube.

Dr Dispenza is a renowned author, speaker, researcher, and chiropractor who combines the fields of quantum physics, neuroscience, brain chemistry, biology, and genetics. He featured in the award-winning film What the Bleep Do We Know and has been educating people about the functions of the human brain.

I happened to choose a video where he was talking about helping people who overcame significant health conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis. Sadly, one of my sons has this disease, so I started to pay close attention to what he had to say.

Do You Remain Positive When Things Don’t Work Out?

Your plans didn’t go as you expected, so what do you do now? What about taking some time to reflect? Deep down you know things can get better. If things are not going as well as you expected, it is for sure; they are going to improve.

We all have those times when things are not working as planned.  It is like a setback, and we feel disappointed. It slows us down and throw us off course.

Over a year ago, I committed to start my online business. And even though I have already a full-time job as a caregiver for my husband, and I am in charge of all our affairs and household duties, I thought I could cope with both situations easily.
