Through our normal obligations and stressors of life, it is not easy to take the time to bring harmony and calm into our lives. But if only take a few minutes each day to bring inner peace, it will make a big difference in our lives.
Being in balance maintains not only our happiness and well-being but also our physical health.
Self-Awareness is the road to our inner state with a beginner’s mind and an open heart.
How can we achieve it? Here are some suggestions to get you started:
Notice the sensation of your breathing. Feel the air moving in and out of your body.
Notice how the chest and abdomen expand and contract slightly with the in and out- breath.
One conscious breath of more taken many times a day, is an excellent way of bringing space into your life.
Even if you meditate for longer periods of time, one deep breath is all you ever need to bring awareness.
Also, observe the brief cessation of the breath, particularly the still point at the end of the out-breath, before you start breathing again.

Beautiful Words of Wisdom
We all need a dose of inspiration. These words of wisdom can help us guide our life. Here’s a collection of valuable quotes about life to inspire you to make the best out of it.
According to Eckhart Tolle, to find inner peace: “Become conscious of being conscious. Say or think “I Am” and add nothing to it. Be aware of the stillness that follows the I Am. Sense your presence, the naked, unveiled, unclothed beingness. It is untouched by young or old, rich or poor, good or bad, or any other attributes.”
The title of this melody is “I Am Willing.” It definitely transports me to sense the inner spaciousness.
Learning how to relax your mind can bring benefits for your health and wellbeing, it’s worth taking a few minutes to expand your mind and open your heart to undreamed of possibilities.
