This quote caught my attention as I have been trying to focus on my most important tasks, but I find staying focused to be an uphill battle. But instead of feeling defeated I have decided that I will benefit by paying attention to what is happening within myself that help me to move forward and feel more in control.
The way we begin each day sets up the way we live each day. Finding the connection between mind and body is the key to knowing when to make a change. Awareness is the beginning of transformation.
